1. Using Winnow Planner

Winnow Planner is a task-management and planning app that helps you capture tasks, sort priorities, make a day list, and decide what to say no to. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical care

Winnow Planner is a productivity tool. It is not medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. If you have questions about ADHD, mental health, or medical care, please talk to a qualified professional.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Your content

The tasks, notes, files, labels, calendar choices, and other content you add to Winnow remain yours. You give Winnow permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the app and the features you choose to use.

5. Connected services

Some features connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar, Stripe, email, SMS, or AI providers. When you connect a service, you are also subject to that provider's terms. You can disconnect connected services when the app supports doing so, or by revoking access through the provider.

6. Paid features

Winnow may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to your subscription.

7. SMS program terms

When you enter your mobile number on the Text Messages page, actively select the SMS consent checkbox, and click “Text me setup instructions,” you expressly consent to receive recurring automated account setup and task-capture text messages from Winnow, a Marmalade Strategies app. You can reply with task notes, and Winnow will convert each line or semicolon-separated item into a private draft in your account. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email support@winnowplanner.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers and SMS data.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Winnow Planner to break the law, harm others, upload malicious content, attempt to access another person's account, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer private systems, or interfere with the security or operation of the app.

9. Changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features. We work to keep Winnow available, but the service is provided as is and may be interrupted for maintenance, bugs, provider outages, or other reasons.

10. Ending use

You can stop using Winnow at any time. You can request deletion of your account by emailing support@winnowplanner.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winnow Planner is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or losses arising from your use of the app.
